We offer Assured Shorthold Tenancies on our Residential properties and these will usually be for a term of 12 months. 

How to report a repair in an emergency

In the event of an emergency, during normal business hours, please contact 01525 290330 and a member of staff will assist.

What to do if you need Maintenance or Repair work

The Estate will be responsible for certain maintenance and repairs to your property and the specifics will depend upon the type of tenancy you have.

Please report non-urgent maintenance and repair issues to the Property Department on 01525 292174 or email Property@woburn.co.uk.

Moving Out

Should you wish to give notice to vacate your property, this should be given in writing to the Property Office, Bedford Estates, Bedford Office, Woburn MK17 9PQ.  Please note that we require one month’s notice of your intention to vacate your property.
